Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, initially on a multi million pound project in London.\\n\\nYour Day To Day Will Include\\n\\n * Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded\\n\\n * Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members\\n\\n * Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members\\n\\n * Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors\\n\\n * Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts – monitoring of such accounts against forecasts\\n\\nWhat are we looking for?\\n\\nThis role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:\\n\\n * Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence\\n\\n * Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience\\n\\n * Experience within a similar role\\n\\n * Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
