Job Title: Facade Project Manager Location: Birmingham, UK Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Facade Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile facades projects across the Midlands. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of complex curtain walling and façade systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all phases of facades and curtain walling projects from pre-construction through to completion. * Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure full integration of curtain walling and facade solutions. * Monitor project performance, schedules, and budgets, with a proactive approach to resolving technical and logistical issues. * Ensure compliance with all building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to façade installations. * Conduct regular site inspections, quality assurance checks, and progress meetings to maintain high standards and address challenges early. Requirements: * Proven experience managing curtain walling and facades projects within the construction or building envelope industry. * Strong understanding of facade engineering, materials, and construction techniques. * Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, and main contractors. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Qualifications: * Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * SMSTS, CSCS, and other relevant H&S certifications. * Membership with an industry body such as the CWCT or CIOB is advantageous.
