About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and commercially savvy Bid Manager with proven curtain walling industry experience to join our team in London. In this role, you will lead and manage the bid process for high-value façade and curtain walling projects, ensuring the timely submission of accurate, compelling proposals that win business and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from initial tender review through to submission and post-submission clarifications.
- Lead cross-functional bid teams including estimating, design, commercial, and project management to deliver competitive and compliant proposals.
- Interpret tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements specific to curtain walling and façade projects.
- Develop bid strategies and pricing models that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify bid requirements and respond to queries.
- Maintain and develop bid documentation, templates, and knowledge databases.
