Due to continued growth and market development, we are now seeking to appoint a Senior Contracts Administrator , to be based at our Head office in Nottingham, at the prestigious NG2 Business Park.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior sales or contracts administrator with an admin, contracts or customer service background to join our Administration team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience of working in a customer-based environment, be willing to learn, able to meet deadlines in a busy work setting and have great communication skills.
Job PurposeTo provide senior-level administrative and commercial support to the Contract Management and Engineering teams, ensuring contracts are accurately set up, maintained, renegotiated and mobilised in line with business, client and compliance requirements.
Key Tasks
Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external contract-related enquiries, liaising confidently with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee and process the accurate setup, review and ongoing management of maintenance contracts using internal CRM systems
Renegotiation of contracts (i.e., fixed term agreement with pricing changes)
Retention of contracts with support from the Operational Team
Contract changes for additional equipment on existing contracts
Contact internal and external clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Mobilisation of large new contracts in conjunction with Business Development Managers and Sales Co-ordinator
Importing database changes and/or new contracts into CRM system via import tool
Asset review and collation using internal Apps for contract accuracy
Update customer records with notes and specific customer portal instructions
Management of own workload ensuring all customer KPI\’s are met
Identify and resolve problems on accounts post mobilisation, data change, integration
Day to day administration duties to ensure an effective running of the Contracts team.
Attend contract management update meetings with senior management as required
Provide mentoring, guidance and informal leadership to colleagues within the administration team
About You
Proven work experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or Senior Sales support agent at a senior level
Confidence, enthusiasm and has previous experience in an Administration role. Someone who can work on their own but also as part of a team to achieve overall results
Strong background in contract administration within a service, maintenance or technical environment
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced role communicating via phone, email, portals at all levels.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A collaborative team player with the ability to mentor and support others
Ability to work under strict deadlines
