Responsibilities:
- To undertake the installation of fire suppression systems in various customer sites such as schools, pubs, and hotels, including installation and service of R102 Ansul Systems.
- Remedials and upgrades of R102 Ansul Systems.
- Undertaking surveys.
- Full ownership of allocated projects, ensuring all works, site activity, audits and paperwork is carried out to the relevant standards, manufacturer guidelines and company's requirements.
- Production of all site reports, including weekly project status.
- Managing and ordering of stock from remote location.
- Liaising with onsite contractors/management to ensure correct method is conducted.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that H&S and company policies are adhered to.
- Demonstrable experience of installing Ansul R102 systems.
- Previous experience working in a customer-based environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with day works and night works when necessary.
- Occasional stop overs when necessary.
- Willing to work variable hours to suit the client requirements.
- Able to work at heights of up to 3 metres and lift weights of up to 25kg.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
