Global Expat Pay is experiencing rapid growth, and we have an opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role supports the delivery of compensation and payroll services for internationally mobile employees. Working within a global mobility environment, you will support the delivery of compensation and payroll services for globally mobile employees, working within Global Expat Pay’s payroll solutions platform. This role focuses on delivering operational work with increasing independence, supporting customer activations, and developing a strong understanding of global mobility payroll processes.
Job requirements
- Experience in operations, service delivery, payroll, or similar environments
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines
- Clear communication skills
Nice to have
- Exposure to global mobility, international payroll, or expatriate services
- Experience working with payroll or compensation data
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Introductory experience using SQL for data validation or reporting purposes
- Exposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to support operational insight
Job responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day compensation and payroll operational activities
- Collect, validate, and distribute compensation and payroll data accurately and to deadlines
- Support monthly global payroll processing cycles
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams during service activations
- Track customer operational requirements
- Respond to routine customer queries and elevate where appropriate
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities
- Support system testing and enhancements
