Senior Project Manager - 8+ Months - Remote

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major regional programme across the UK and Ireland for a global FMCG organisation. The role focuses on programme governance, executive stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end delivery management across multiple workstreams. This is an ongoing programme with established governance, requiring a strong project leader who can proactively drive outcomes, challenge stakeholders, manage dependencies, and build trust at senior leadership level.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager role:

• Proven experience leading large-scale business or transformation programmes across multiple workstreams
• Strong programme governance experience, including scorecards, reporting, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
• Ability to coordinate dependencies across business functions and drive end-to-end project delivery
• Experience facilitating and influencing senior stakeholders, including Directors, General Managers, and commercial leadership teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively
• Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or sales-driven environments is advantageous

• Duration: 8 Months (with extensions until end of 2028)
• Location: Remote (UK preferred), with occasional travel to London or Europe
