Senior Business Analyst

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a CPQ rationalisation/harmonisation transformation programme for a manufacturing client specialising in high‑voltage transformers. The role will focus on analysing and documenting current-state and future-state processes and systems, working closely with business stakeholders, a dedicated Project Manager, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end business processes and supporting systems related to quoting, configuration, pricing, and order processes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, functional specifications, and system interaction diagrams
• Translate business and system requirements into clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Act as a key communication bridge between business users, project management, and technical delivery teams across the SDLC

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system change or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong capabilities in process analysis, requirements elicitation, and structured documentation
• Solid understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery stages (waterfall and/or agile)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams
• Experience with CPQ platforms or complex manufacturing environments is desirable but not mandatory
• Fluent English is required for this role
