We are looking for a Release Coordinator to join an exciting project at a global client. You'll work closely within Digital Technology, support delivery of the new QA model in SAP S/4HANA plus a new custom application. The role centres on coordinating delivery across IBM (S/4 partner), Digital Technology, and functional teams. You will act as the key delivery driver, maintaining alignment, structure, and predictable progress across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery across IBM, Digital Technology, and functional stakeholders.
  • Manage release planning, traceability, and QA activities within SAP (SAP QM).
  • Establish clear ways of working and maintain a reliable delivery rhythm.
  • Own timelines, RAID management, and forward planning.
  • Quickly understand the state of play, identify core issues, and determine next steps.
  • Reduce workload for internal teams by taking on follow-ups and action closure.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and escalation of blockers where needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Ownership, accountability, and proactive engagement are critical.
  • You should be someone who leans in, brings structure, and lifts operational load.
  • Communicates clearly and drives alignment across vendors and internal teams.
  • Can grasp issues quickly and push delivery forward without needing SAP expertise.
  • Release Coordinator, PM, or Delivery Lead experience on large-scale programs.
  • Experience in SAP environments (SAP QM / S/4HANA preferred).
  • Strong delivery, RAID, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating across vendors and multi-team landscapes.
