Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a PMO to join a global FMCG client. This role will lead governance and reporting activities, support annual execution planning, and ensure alignment across product, delivery, and business teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive transparency, manage risks, and enable data-driven decision-making in an Agile environment.
Requirements for PMO role:
- Experience in PMO, Delivery Operations, or Project Portfolio Management within Agile or hybrid organizations.
- Strong financial experience (Managing Budgets) and understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices.
- Proven ability to manage governance frameworks, planning cycles, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at program level.
- Familiarity with benefit/value tracking or Lean Portfolio Management.
- Advanced skills in PPM and reporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI).
- Strong presentation skills and experience preparing executive-level content.
