We’re working with a delivery-focused contractor operating on a major clean water framework, supporting long-term infrastructure works across the South Coast. They’re looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor (or strong Assistant QS ready to step up) to support the Commercial Lead and play a key role in managing ongoing workstreams.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be exposed to live projects from day one and given the opportunity to grow quickly as you add value.

The Role

  • Pricing and estimating works
  • CVR reporting and cost control
  • Managing applications and valuations
  • Supporting job close-out and final accounts
  • Monitoring monthly workstreams
  • Raising and managing early warnings
  • Working across CRM systems (IFS preferred)

What They’re Looking For

  • ~3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • ~ Open to Assistant QS stepping up into a QS position
  • ~ Experience in utilities or water sector (preferred, not essential)
  • ~ Strong Excel capability
  • ~ Familiarity with CEMAR / commercial systems (IFS advantageous)
  • ~ Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
