The role

Are you ready to take ownership of civil engineering projects and see them through from planning to successful handover?

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving day-to-day project delivery, leading site teams and subcontractors, and working collaboratively with clients, designers and commercial colleagues to keep projects on track and achieve successful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues and oversee changes to scope, programme and cost.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company requirements.
  • Maintain quality standards through inspections, appropriate controls and accurate project records.
  • Manage project documentation, including variations, progress reports and meeting records, keeping the Contracts Manager informed of performance and key issues.
