Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills? Our client is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to take ownership of a critical project monitoring pallet movements across various loading bays. This role requires precision, proactive communication, and technical awareness to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the positioning and function of a high-spec camera across all loading bays in preparation for loading.
- Liaise with the transport team to determine active bays and operational schedules.
- Analyse captured data and report anomalies to management.
- Coordinate with the camera supplier to enable remote access when required.
- Maintain and accurately complete event logs.
- Set up equipment for the following shift and inform the relevant team.
