The Ideal Candidate

You are a psychologist, psychotherapist, counselor, relationship coach, or emotionally intelligent professional who is as empathetic as you are perceptive.

You genuinely understand people—how they think, feel, and connect.

You’re also:

– Street smart,

– Persuasive, and

– Comfortable with success.

You have experience in guiding clients gracefully toward the right decisions and outcomes.

You thrive in conversations that require trust, sensitivity, and intuition. You enjoy helping accomplished people create authentic, lasting relationships while achieving tangible results.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this position, you will be required on a daily basis-

1-Interact with pre-screened and accepted by the Company, elite and valuable members. (*).

Use the Company\’s multi-million-dollar database to match them successfully.

2 – Understand and were needed to help members understand their needs & dreams.

3 – Guide them toward reaching their dreams and goals.

4 – Help members with counseling, giving advice, helping build and raise their self-esteem, and providing advice and solutions for creating and maintaining relationships. As well as helping relieve any emotional or mental stress

5 -You will need to help some of our members understand and explain the potential reasons for their feelings and behaviors in the presence of fellow human beings, while looking at the conditions leading to the production of certain feelings and behaviors.

Explain (if helpful) the issue of Social cognition, self-concept, self-esteem, interpersonal processes, attitudes and stereotypes, attribution theory, social influence, and aggression.

6 – From time to time (See footnote below), you also will encounter and will need to identify, evaluate, and report so-called \\\”difficult cases” and successfully address these \\\”difficult cases.\\\” (Usually the previous life, past dramas-Like childhood, parents\’ divorce, previous dysfunctional relationships, divorce, etc.) that prevents them from realizing their dreams and goals and finding their Soul Mate.

Foot Note (*)

The so-called \\\”difficult cases\\\” are limited to less than 1% of overall happy & successful members.

• Conduct insightful, warm, and confident consultations with new applicants.
• Understand each client’s personality, lifestyle, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the other matchmaking team members to create compatible introductions.
• Guide clients with professionalism, empathy, and strategic clarity.
• Represent GEM- SEI Club’s values of discretion, quality, and genuine care.

Qualifications & Primary Requirement

Psychology (*) with at least one of the following specializations:

1- Cognitive and Clinical Neuropsychology

2- Cognitive Psychology. (With a focus on perception

3- Exemplary communication and interrelation skills

(*) Degree or background in Psychology, Counseling, Psychotherapy, or related fields (preferred).

(*) Experience in relationship coaching, client relations, or matchmaking.

(*) Exceptional communication skills—both emotional and verbal intelligence.

(*) Confident, professional, and persuasive presence.

(*) Comfortable in a results-oriented, luxury-service environment.
