Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Interact with pre-screened and accepted elite members.
- Use the Company’s multi-million-dollar database to match them successfully.
- Understand and help members understand their needs & dreams.
- Guide them toward reaching their dreams and goals.
- Help members with counseling, giving advice, and providing solutions for creating and maintaining relationships.
- Help some members understand and explain the potential reasons for their feelings and behaviours.
- Identify, evaluate, and report on "difficult cases" and successfully address these issues.
- Conduct insightful, warm, and confident consultations with new applicants.
- Understand each client’s personality, lifestyle, and relationship goals.
- Collaborate with the matchmaking team to create compatible introductions.
- Represent GEM-SEI Club’s values of discretion, quality, and genuine care.
Qualifications & Primary Requirements
- Degree in Psychology with specializations in Cognitive and Clinical Neuropsychology or Cognitive Psychology.
- Exemplary communication and interrelation skills.
- Experience in relationship coaching, client relations, or matchmaking.
- Exceptional communication skills—both emotional and verbal intelligence.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive presence.
- Comfortable in a results-oriented, luxury-service environment.
