We are currently seeking a skilled Workshop Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team in Aberdeen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge survey and positioning equipment, supporting crucial offshore projects in the energy sector.
About the Role:
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of engineers in the workshop, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of daily tasks.
- Maintain and prepare survey equipment to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Produce technical documentation and reports related to equipment operations.
- Manage inventory, inspections, repairs, calibrations, and compliance documentation.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Update maintenance records and manage equipment storage and shipment.
- Provide technical support to offshore teams and assist in equipment selection.
- Support vessel mobilizations and demobilizations as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience in workshop environment, inspecting and maintaining survey equipment.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in calibration laboratories.
