Global Edge Group are working closely with an international operator to support project activities at their plant in Fife. We are seeking a skilled Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer to play a key role in cost estimation, schedule coordination, and project controls. This is a great opportunity to be part of a major turnaround project within a high-performing, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform cost estimation and quality assurance reviews.
  • Prepare check estimates and schedules for various project scopes.
  • Support project cost and schedule assessments.
  • Maintain and monitor change control processes and cost tracking systems.
  • Compile and deliver monthly project progress and performance reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial and accounting reporting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with estimators, planners, schedulers, and client accounting teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience in cost estimating, project planning, and project controls within the industrial or energy sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of project control systems, cost management tools, and reporting software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving project environment.
