Logistics Operations Officer – Aberdeen (Bridge of Don)
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operations Officer on behalf of our client in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to contribute to dynamic offshore projects.
Location: Aberdeen (Bridge of Don) – UK applicants only (full right to work required)
Start Date: ASAP (negotiable with the successful candidate)
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping, customs, and packaging procedures for project materials
Plan and coordinate shipping and customs activities with internal teams
Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and customs agents to manage transportation
Handle import, export, and transit documentation in compliance with regulations
Use SAP to track shipments, update records, and manage service agreements
Maintain shipping records and provide reports to ensure smooth operations
