We’re supporting a leading international operator on one of the largest and most strategic LNG projects in Mozambique, and we’re looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in its success.

If you’re an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take ownership of a complex, high-value scope on a multi-billion-dollar project, this is your chance to make a real impact.

  • Lead the electrical scope for a massive LNG onshore facility (300MW power generation island).
  • Oversee design, engineering execution, and $240M worth of procurement.
  • Interface with major EPC contractors and manage 70+ contractor personnel.
  • Drive HSE excellence and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work from Milan or London during the engineering phase, with potential relocation to site.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years in Oil & Gas, with strong experience in electrical systems for large-scale projects.
  • Chartered Engineer or PE (preferred).
  • Proven leadership in engineering execution and contractor management.
