Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer – Guinea, West Africa Lead Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) – Guinea, West Africa. We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee engineering efforts for a large-scale iron ore project in West Africa.Overview Role is rotational and based in Guinea, West Africa.Responsibilities Manage and oversee Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering for rail and export infrastructure.Ensure safe, fit-for-purpose designs aligned with project standards.Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality deliverables.Oversee scope integration, technical reviews, and field engineering efforts.Support commissioning, issue resolution, and change management.Key Requirements 15+ years in C&I engineering, ideally in mega projects, mining, or material handling .Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.Experience in Africa or China is highly regarded.Proficiency in French or Chinese is a plus.Location: West AfricaRotation: Fly-in-fly-out schedule. 6 weeks on and 3 unpaidCompetitive package with accommodation, meals, and allowances provided.If interested, please send your CV and contact details to sami.okan@globaledgegroup.com .
