Civil & Structural Engineer – Major LNG Project (Milan-based, potential relocation to Mozambique)

Join a landmark LNG development project in East Africa. This role will focus on the design, execution, and oversight of complex civil infrastructure as part of a large multidisciplinary engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee design and execution of civil works including roads, drainage, culverts, and underground networks
- Review and approve Civil engineering deliverables (1,000+ documents)
- Ensure alignment with HSE standards and project engineering specifications
- Interface with contractor teams (260+ engineers) and support on-site activities
- Support material selection, testing, and technical issue resolution during construction
- Degree in Civil, Hydraulic, or Transportation Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or oil & gas projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and civil design standards
- Strong understanding of geotechnical, structural, and hydraulic systems
- Fluent in English; experience in multicultural/international projects preferred
