We are looking for a Business Operations & Applications Specialist to support and execute on the day-to-day ownership of our GTM application stack, with HubSpot as the core system. This is a hands-on role focused on application configuration, integrations, tool adoption, and system optimization. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations, IT, Data, Sales, Partnerships, and CSM teams to ensure our tools support real GTM workflows, clean data, and scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
- GTM Applications & Tool Ownership
- Configure, maintain, and support GTM applications across Sales, Partnerships, and CSM teams
- Manage day-to-day operations of tools such as: HubSpot (core CRM, workflows, pipelines, automations), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Similarweb, Crossbeam, UserGems, conversational AI tools, Partnership tools (e.g., Euler, Etail)
- Support licence management, renewals, access control, and vendor coordination
- Drive user adoption through training, onboarding, and documentation
- HubSpot, Integrations & APIs
- Support HubSpot as the system of record, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Configure workflows, custom properties, objects, and automations
- Assist in building and maintaining integrations with third-party tools (native or API-based)
- Partner with IT and Data teams on technical requirements, API logic, and sync validation
- New Tools & 2026 Roadmap Support
- Support evaluation, setup, and rollout of new GTM tools planned for 2026, including: Sales dialers (e.g., Naboo or equivalent), Data enrichment and contact APIs, Mass email tools for CSMs
- Help document requirements, test integrations, and support go-live
- Sales Flow & Pipeline Support
- Understand end-to-end sales and partnership flows, from lead creation to close and handoff
- Ensure systems support pipeline stages, routing logic, and forecasting needs
- Monitor data quality issues and proactively flag gaps or inefficiencies
- Reporting, Optimisation & Cross-Functional Work
- Support GTM dashboards, BI reporting, and performance tracking
- Assist in system-level analysis to identify friction, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Participate in cross-functional GTM and systems initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (required)
- Familiarity with GTM tools and data platforms (Sales Nav, enrichment tools, partnership tools, etc.)
- Working understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and GTM workflows
- Experience working with integrations and APIs (hands‑on or in partnership with IT)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL a plus)
- Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
