As we continue to expand, Global-e is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (French Speaking) to join our Sales team in our London Office.

  • Own the early stages of the sales cycle: cleanse data, qualify target accounts, and prepare high-fit leads for outreach using HubSpot.
  • Research and identify potential clients in France that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring CRM data hygiene and engagement readiness.
  • Engage prospects through multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book qualified product demos.
  • Analyse each prospect’s current cross-border strategy to tailor outreach and uncover business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Partnerships, CSM) to align on pipeline and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly demo and pipeline generation targets.
  • Bring strategic value to outreach by sharing market trends and solution-oriented insights.
  • Actively contribute to Global-e’s new business growth in the French market.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • 6-12 months of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident communicator - clear, concise, and persuasive across email, phone, and social.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and engage decision-makers.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Strong commercial instincts and data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
