Global-e is looking for a highly motivated Business Data Analyst to join our team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage new lead data: identify, qualify, and cleanse records for accuracy and completeness in HubSpot.
- Research potential prospects using a mix of AI tools, social platforms, search engines, and eCommerce intelligence software.
- Collaborate with the BDE team to support pipeline growth by surfacing high-quality leads aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Provide insight into eCommerce and cross-border trends through structured analysis of lead data, identify emerging verticals and market signals.
- Identify key contacts within target businesses and enrich lead records accordingly.
- Contribute to quarterly pipeline and revenue goals by delivering high-volume, high-quality lead support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Some prior experience in data, research, sales support preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
- Proficient in Excel & online research techniques.
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident presenting findings and patterns.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at scale.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital research tools.
