Functions Supervised: Marketing automation, public website.
Primary Functions: Oversee the lifecycle management, optimization, and integration of all marketing technologies used to deliver marketing content. Collaborate across business lines and with outside vendors to ensure technologies meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional member and employee experiences.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology Ownership – Serve as the primary owner of the organization’s public websites and marketing automation platforms, ensuring these technologies deliver optimal digital experiences and meet business objectives. Develop, maintain, and execute roadmaps to achieve objectives.
- Team Management – Providing guidance and oversight for the activation, maintenance, and support of all marketing technologies.
- Vendor Partnership – Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners. Work closely with vendors to resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure contract compliance.
- Experience Design – Collaborate with stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously improve digital experiences across all marketing technology touchpoints.
- Product Launch & Support – Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to launch new or enhanced marketing technology solutions, including testing, training, and communication strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, IT, branch operations, Digital experience and other departments to understand needs, document requirements, and maintain a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
- Research & Analysis – Monitor industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and analyze platform performance to inform recommendations and business decisions.
- Organizational Knowledge – Maintain awareness of organizational initiatives, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to marketing technology and digital experiences.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Proven track record of successful marketing technology management, implementation, and optimization. Experience with managing an enterprise-grade CMS, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience/Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing technology platforms and digital experience delivery.
- Strong project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present recommendations and influence stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable with change management and ambiguity.
- Attention to detail, diplomacy, and ability to define requirements to meet business objectives.
Tenure
Assignment to the Product Owner I, Marketing Technology category 8, or Product Owner II, Marketing Technology category 7, will be determined by the candidate's education and experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's certifications and/or performance.
Compensation
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
Salary Pay Range: 07$90,389 - $152,718 annually
Salary Pay Range: 08$79,989 - $132,798 annually
