CDM Consultant / Principal Designer A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction or design professional with strong CDM experience who is looking for a varied role, long-term career development and the opportunity to work closely with clients and project teams. As Principal Designer, you will provide Principal Designer services across a varied portfolio of projects and will work closely with clients, designers and contractors to manage health, safety and design risks. The role offers exposure to projects ranging from demolition and refurbishment through to major construction schemes, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for key clients.
