Global Construction Review is recruiting a Compliance Maintenance Officer to help plan, schedule and monitor statutory maintenance across a diverse estate. You’ll work with estates, compliance teams and external contractors to ensure obligations are met and records are complete.
You will support risk assessments, safety systems and audits, while contributing to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives within a large educational environment.
