We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Consultant with a strong background in the design, review, and oversight of complex international projects, particularly within infrastructure and water sectors. The role requires strategic insight, technical depth, and proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, review, and evaluation of infrastructure and water projects across international markets.
- Provide expert guidance on project planning, execution frameworks, and delivery strategies.
- Review feasibility studies, project designs, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Ensure projects align with international standards, best practices, and donor/financing requirements.
- Advise on risk management, governance structures, and performance monitoring.
- Support project restructuring, recovery, and optimisation where required.
- Engage with government entities, development partners, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide expert input across the full project lifecycle, from concept through delivery.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in project management consulting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with infrastructure and water projects (e.g., utilities, water supply, wastewater, transport, urban infrastructure).
- Demonstrated experience working on international and multi-country projects.
- Strong capability in project design review, technical evaluation, and strategic advisory.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
