We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Advisor specialising in employment contracts and employment law to support our organisation on a daily-rate consultancy basis. The role requires strong legal expertise, commercial judgement, and proven experience working with multinational corporations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a senior advisory role suited to an established legal professional who can deliver practical, business-focused advice in complex international settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and related legal documentation
  • Provide expert guidance on employment laws, regulations, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • Advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations
  • Support HR and senior management with employment-related risk assessment and decision-making
  • Ensure alignment with local labour laws and international best practices
  • Manage employment-law-related legal risks in multinational environments
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders as required
  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience as an Employment Law Legal Advisor or similar role
  • Extensive expertise in employment contracts and employment law
  • Proven experience supporting multinational corporations and cross-border employment matters
  • Ability to work independently on a consultancy / daily-rate basis
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
  • Excellent written and spoken professional English
