The Project Manager/Business Analyst role is part of the PMO Team. It involves managing priority projects within the Stewardship agile change portfolio, analyzing and improving business processes, and collaborating with Technology team members to enhance workflows. The goal is to resolve challenges and dependencies to enable effective delivery of organizational projects and BAU activities. Successful project delivery and process improvements are vital for achieving strategic objectives.
The role requires working cross-functionally to ensure the achievement of change targets by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It also involves enhancing business processes across Stewardship Teams and supporting the organization in adopting new agile, collaborative ways of working. The role holder will help others understand the benefits of Agile methodologies.
