We are seeking a passionate Music Minister who loves Jesus, loves people and loves the gospel. Leading enthusiastic teams, you will resource the musical life of the church, nurture our singers and instrumentalists and help us to worship God with joyful hearts.
We'd love to welcome a musician with pastoral gifts. Someone who can relate well across different ages and backgrounds, able to share their faith in natural ways, perhaps reading the Bible with new Christians or discipling members of the church family as they walk through different seasons of life.
We're also looking for someone who can resource ministries, not just a great musician, but a team player and a team builder, someone with the confidence to build and release the gifts of others.
Lindfield has just been voted the best place to live in the South-East by the Times. It is indeed a wonderful place to live and minister to - but it's expensive. We advertised a similar role earlier this year, but recognised the package wasn't suitable for relocating. So we've changed the role a little and made the provision of housing part of the package (the church has funds set aside for this purpose, we will also assist with relocation costs).
Flexible start date, ideally for September 2026.

- Relate well across different ages and backgrounds, share faith naturally, and disciple members of the church family as they walk through different seasons of life.
- Resource ministries beyond performance, acting as a team player and team builder to release the gifts of others.
- Pastoral gifts with the ability to relate across ages and backgrounds and to share faith naturally (e.g., reading the Bible with new Christians or discipling members).
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills; confident to build and release the gifts of others.
