Thrive Youth Ministries is seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising, Marketing & Communications Manager to help fuel our vision: to see every church across Warwickshire & Coventry with a thriving youth ministry. This new role is pivotal to growing support and raising our profile, working alongside a dedicated team already engaged in transformational ministry with children and young people.
You will lead on developing and delivering a dynamic fundraising and communications strategy - building strong relationships with individual donors, churches and grant makers, and crafting compelling stories that showcase the impact of our work. With an established base of supporters and a committed team who already dedicate time to fundraising, you will be empowered to make a meaningful difference from day one.
This role suits a confident self-starter with a passion for ministry and proven experience in charity fundraising, marketing and communications. You will have strong writing skills, a collaborative spirit and a desire to see the next generation encounter Jesus through the local Church.
