We are seeking an exceptional person to join our Executive Leadership Team at a pivotal moment in the College’s development. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, creating influence, and ultimately helping more people discover and access transformational theological education. Our students are at the heart of everything we do.
The Director of External Engagement will play the leading role in ensuring sustainable growth in student recruitment by strengthening our connections with churches, denominations, Christian networks, alumni, and other key partners across the UK and beyond. This is not primarily a marketing role. It is a relationship-building role with marketing, communications, and recruitment as the means by which influence is translated into engagement and enrolment.
