We are excited to expand our team and are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our fast-paced marketing and regulatory environment. In this hybrid role, you will work both remotely and from our Cardiff office, collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and technical teams to deliver high-impact design solutions across digital and print platforms.
While the primary focus will be on the GCRS brand, there may also be opportunities to contribute creatively to Solid Scent Co, an innovative fragrance brand owned by GCRS. This role offers a unique chance to work across both consultancy and consumer product spaces, applying your design skills in a diverse and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, on-brand content for use across digital and print platforms (e.g. social media graphics, brochures, presentations, reports, and event collateral)
- Collaborate on brand development and ensure consistency across all creative output
- Support the creation of visual assets for organic and paid social media campaigns
- Assist in the development and delivery of marketing materials for events, exhibitions, and webinars
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and visual storytelling approaches
- Carry out general marketing and administrative support as needed
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Potential involvement in the creative development of GCRS-owned brands such as Solid Scent Co
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar graphic design role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools such as Canva
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) is an advantage
