The Office Runs Because of People Like You..... Are you the person everyone relies on to keep things organised? Do you love bringing order to chaos, making people feel welcome, and ensuring every detail is taken care of? We're looking for an exceptional People & Operations Administrator to become the driving force behind our busy Head Office. You'll be the person who keeps our engineers moving, our office running, and every new starter feeling like they've joined something special. This isn't just an admin role. It's a role where you'll coordinate onboarding for engineers working on some of Europe's largest critical infrastructure projects, organise Welcome Days, arrange travel across the UK and Europe, manage PPE and equipment, and be at the heart of a growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for every new employee
  • Organising Welcome Days that make a brilliant first impression
  • Coordinating PPE, uniforms and equipment for engineers heading to site
  • Managing office supplies, deliveries and supplier relationships
  • Being the friendly face and first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
  • Keeping records, documents and compliance information organised
  • Supporting Health & Safety activities across the office
  • Helping organise company events, meetings and team activities
