Global Commissioning is a specialist consultancy supporting the global data centre industry with commissioning, validation, and technical services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams to ensure high standards of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing our integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 27001).
- Coordinating external audits and accreditations including EcoVadis and Achilles.
- Acting as the day‑to‑day lead for Health & Safety across the business.
- Supporting incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and internal policies.
- Providing practical guidance to managers and project teams.
What we're looking for:
- NEBOSH General Certificate - essential.
- Experience in a safety, compliance, or IMS management role.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
- Confident communicator with a pragmatic, solution‑focused mindset.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or mission‑critical environments is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel around the UK and Europe is essential.
