Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne or Whitstable, Kent. We’re looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator / MEP Estimator to join a growing team delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced mission critical sector, supporting high-profile projects from pre-construction through to tender submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications & tender documentation
- Carry out MEP quantity take-offs
- Assess labour costs & supplier pricing
- Support bid submissions and tender clarifications
- Identify value engineering opportunities & commercial risks
- Collaborate closely with project, design & commercial teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an MEP Estimator or Bid Coordinator
- Strong mechanical & electrical building services knowledge
- Experience within data centres or mission critical environments preferred
- Strong commercial awareness & analytical skills
- Proficient with estimating software & Excel
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced project environments
- Tier III / Tier IV facility exposure
