Global Commissioning is expanding fast across Europe. As our new In-House Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of that growth, owning end-to-end recruitment and shaping the talent that drives our success.
What You’ll Do
- Run full recruitment cycles
- Own role briefs and partner closely with hiring managers
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting & referrals
- Build pipelines for high-demand roles to stay ahead of project needs
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance
- Use our ATS to keep everything running smoothly
- Champion our employer brand and help bring top talent into the business
