Global Commissioning is a specialist consultancy supporting the global data centre industry with commissioning, validation, and technical services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‐on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing our integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 27001)
  • Coordinating external audits and accreditations including EcoVadis and Achilles
  • Acting as the day‐to‐day lead for Health & Safety across the business
  • Supporting incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and internal policies
  • Providing practical guidance to managers and project teams

What we're looking for:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate – essential
  • Experience in a safety, compliance, or IMS management role
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
  • Confident communicator with a pragmatic, solution‐focused mindset
  • Experience in engineering, construction, or mission‐critical environments is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to travel around the UK and Europe – essential
