About the Role
Global Charter is a fast-growing private jet brokerage operating at the top end of private aviation. Our clients include UHNW individuals, founders, investors and global decision-makers who expect discretion, precision and excellence.
For over four years, we have successfully generated qualified inbound enquiries through Google Ads via external partners. We are now bringing this function in-house to gain greater control, speed and commercial alignment. This is a performance-first role.
Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to owning and optimising our Google Ads account. The remaining 50% will focus on strengthening brand authority and visibility through PR, email and digital communications. Your primary mandate is clear: Protect and improve our lead generation engine while elevating how the brand is perceived.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Performance Management - Priority Focus
- You will take full ownership of an established Google Ads account managing a five-figure monthly budget.
- Structure, optimise and scale Search campaigns targeting high-intent private aviation keywords.
- Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximise efficiency.
- Reduce cost per qualified lead while maintaining or increasing volume.
- Refine keyword strategy, match types and negative keywords.
- Write and test high-conversion ad copy aligned with a luxury audience.
- Monitor and improve Quality Score, CTR, CPA and overall account health.
- Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution accuracy.
- Conduct structured A / B testing across ads and landing pages.
- Deliver clear monthly reporting tied directly to commercial performance.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, testing and optimisation.
- PR & Brand Authority - Supporting Commercial Growth
- Alongside performance management, you will strengthen Global Charter’s authority within luxury, travel and business markets.
- Identify and secure relevant press coverage in high-quality publications.
- Draft press releases and thought leadership content.
- Build relationships with journalists and media contacts.
- Position senior leadership for commentary opportunities.
- Develop strategic brand angles aligned with our target audience.

- Plan and execute segmented campaigns to prospects and clients.
- Support broker activity through intelligent sequencing.
