About the Role
Global Charter is looking for proven salespeople who want to build a serious career in private aviation. Previous sales experience is essential. Aviation experience is not.
We have a proven track record of taking successful salespeople from industries such as recruitment, estate agency, SaaS and B2B sales and developing them into top-performing private jet brokers. Some of our strongest brokers joined with little or no aviation experience. What they already had was the ability to sell, compete, build relationships and consistently hit targets.
We provide the aviation training, technology, inbound opportunities and support to help you make that transition successfully. For the right person, this is an opportunity to take an existing sales skillset and apply it in a faster, higher-value and more rewarding industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Converting high-intent inbound private jet enquiries
- Generating new business through outbound prospecting
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to confirmed booking
- Negotiating aircraft options and closing deals
- Building a portfolio of repeat clients
- Delivering exceptional service in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- This is not an entry-level sales role. Proven sales experience is an absolute requirement.
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Clear track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience in a quota-driven or high-performance sales environment
- Confidence with outbound prospecting and high call volumes
- Strong commercial instinct and closing ability
- Resilient, organised and motivated by performance and earnings
- Private aviation experience is not required.
What You’ll Get
- £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- £75,000+ Year 1 OTE, with significant upside for top performers
- Full private aviation training
- Strong inbound enquiry flow
- Industry-leading internal technology
- Coaching from experienced brokers and senior management
- Clear progression within a fast-growing international business
