The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that bring brand stories to life across multiple channels. Working closely with the Art Director and other creative team members, this role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to produce high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives and maintain the agency’s creative standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creativity
- Develop visual concepts and designs for campaigns, including print, digital, social media, OOH (out-of-home), and branding projects.
- Translate briefs into engaging, on-brand creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other creative team members to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support the Art Director in refining and elevating visual concepts.
- Project Execution
- Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Work with production teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution of printed and digital materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for efficient team collaboration.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and receive constructive feedback openly.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments to support seamless project delivery.
- Understand client needs and adapt designs to meet their feedback and objectives.

- Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep agency work fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Understanding of digital design principles for social media, websites, and interactive content.
- Knowledge of print production processes and technical specifications.
