We are currently seeking talented Congolese professionals based in London (or able to attend) to join us for an exclusive, invite-only MTN Recruitment Summit taking place on May 11th and 12th in London.

Department: Internal Audit & Forensic Services

Level: Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for implementing the fraud risk framework, including fraud detection, prevention, and investigation activities in line with MTN policies and Group standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement fraud risk assessment and prevention frameworks
  • Conduct and manage fraud investigations
  • Monitor fraud incidents and maintain risk registers
  • Collaborate with internal audit and stakeholders
  • Produce reports and recommendations for management
  • Drive continuous improvement of fraud controls

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Audit, Risk, or Information Systems
  • 5+ years in fraud, audit, or forensic investigations
  • Telecom experience preferred
  • Certifications (CFE, CISA, CIA) advantageous
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills
