The Finance Graduate will gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance processes, working alongside experienced professionals to support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance. The role offers exposure to various financial disciplines, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), risk management, and commercial finance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within a leading multinational organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the finance team in financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct financial modelling to support business decision‑making.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audits and financial controls to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Work closely with different teams to gain exposure to operational and strategic financial processes.
  • Assist in managing financial data, creating reports, and identifying key business insights.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiencies.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a finance‑related internship or role, preferably in telecommunications, infrastructure, finance, or consulting industries.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other regional languages is a plus.
Hard & Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
