Business Development Manager
Location: Regional – your office? Pretty much every great bar in town. Reports to: Regional Field Sales Manager

- Hunt down new business and turn prospects into loyal customers.
- Grow and protect an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Negotiate commercial deals that work for both the customer and Global Brands.
- Make our brands unmissable through standout activations and visibility.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
- Work with Marketing and the wider team to create memorable customer experiences.
- Use sales data and insight to identify your next opportunity.
- Keep your CRM up to date and your territory moving forward.
- Deliver your targets while having plenty of fun along the way.
- What you'll bring
- Experience in drinks, FMCG, hospitality or another customer-facing commercial role.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and winning new business.
- Confidence negotiating, influencing and presenting to customers.
- A resilient, competitive mindset – you enjoy a challenge and don't give up easily.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own diary.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience is a bonus, not essential.
