We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded International Sales Manager who loves the thrill of growing a market, winning new business and building relationships that last.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Northern European markets, with responsibility for protecting and growing our existing business as well as developing new opportunities.

You’ll build strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and key customers, making sure our established markets continue to thrive while identifying where the next big opportunity could come from.

It’s a role with plenty of variety, plenty of travel and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

You’ll need to be entrepreneurial, resilient and comfortable getting stuck in.

  • Spot opportunities to expand our brands across different channels, customers and categories.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to turn plans into great execution.
  • Use market insight, customer relationships and sales data to understand where the opportunities are and what to do next.
  • Represent the business at key trade events, customer meetings and market visits.
  • Travel internationally around 30–50% of the year, particularly during key seasonal periods, planning cycles and trade events.
  • What great looks like
