Role overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our fast-paced, creative Content & Social Team. You’ll lead the development and optimisation of high-impact paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Amazon, helping our brands connect with audiences in authentic and engaging ways.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-growth environment, with a strategic mindset and strong attention to data and creative performance. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure our paid media strategy supports our wider e-commerce, D2C, and growth goals.
Due to the nature of our products, applicants must be confident navigating platform policies and regulatory guidance for advertising in the alcohol (18+) category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta and Amazon.
- Write standout ad copy, guide creative development, and build effective targeting strategies, all within brand and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, adjusting creative, budgets, and audiences to meet KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
- Lead budget planning and forecasting for multiple brands, aligned with seasonal and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure paid media supports wider digital and eCommerce initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting with actionable insights to improve performance and inform future activity.
- Stay on top of platform updates, paid media trends, and regulatory changes – particularly within the alcohol/age-gated advertising space.
- Champion testing and experimentation – from A/B testing creatives to refining audience segments and retargeting funnels.
- Act as the team’s expert in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and advertising policy compliance.
About you:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (in-house or agency).
- Proven track record managing £1k+ monthly budgets per brand with strong performance outcomes.
- Solid understanding of the regulatory and ethical considerations around 18+ advertising (ASA, CAP Code, platform policies).
- A balanced thinker – data-savvy and creatively minded.
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently across teams.
- Interest in culture, trends, and content – particularly what resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- A proactive, curious mindset – always looking for ways to test, learn, and improve.
- (Bonus) Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
