In this commercial role responsible for overseeing the London area, we seek an individual who possesses a high degree of confidence and a strong sense of motivation. The ideal candidate should bring a wealth of experience in beverage sales, coupled with a practical background in On-trade operations.

Under the supervision of our London Sales Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded professional to lead our efforts in cultivating new business within the London On-Trade sector. This role will focus predominantly on engaging with medium to large hospitality groups, encompassing both the acquisition of new clientele and the cultivation of existing accounts.

With our diverse portfolio of products, our Business Development Managers enjoy working within all sectors of the drinks market. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving distribution and delivering brand activation across your assigned territory, increasing market share and brand visibility for our brands. You will primarily be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, alongside the account management of a small account base, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise venues. Your goal is to enhance the visibility and sales performance of our brands while establishing a strong presence in the competitive on-trade environment.

The Person:

  • Strong understanding of regional on trade, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • PC literacy including PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel.
  • Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
