This is an exciting chance for a commercially driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager to play a key role in accelerating our growth within the HORECA sector. You’ll take ownership of major national accounts, build high-value partnerships and unlock new opportunities across the on-trade landscape. With the freedom to shape strategy, influence key decisions and make a visible commercial impact, this is a role for someone who thrives on winning new business, growing customer relationships and delivering standout results. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national account strategies across HORECA customers
  • Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers at national and regional levels
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and contracts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution within the channel
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver impactful activations
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Work closely with field sales teams to ensure execution excellence
  • Deliver against revenue, profit, and volume targets
Desired experience
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar commercial role
  • Strong background within HORECA / On-Trade (FMCG or drinks experience preferred)
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and PDF systems
  • Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation, organisation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to inspire others
