They are an established and dedicated Fintech team and hiring due to growth and sustained deal pipeline β if you are interested in Fintech this is definitely a team to engage with. Responsibilities: Key involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities. Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions. Conducting industry research Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents. In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria: Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a have a keen interest in specialising in Fintech M&A You will an M&A Analyst or junior Associate (TMT, Tech, Fintech preferred) or be working in a Big 4/Top 6 accountancy firm and have accrued relevant M&A experience Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
